Roles and Responsibilities:
*Qualify the assigned GxP Suppliers using a risk-based strategy to ensure services are in compliance with regulations (ICH, FDA GCP/GLP etc.), quality and compliance requirements and contractual agreements.
*Develop and maintain an effective partnership with the suppliers so that continuous improvement initiatives are supported and adhere to
*Utilising a risk-based evaluation technique and maintaining adherence to the audit schedule, conduct quality audits of the suppliers. Verify that the CAPA plans and implementation schedules are being followed.
*To ensure ongoing compliance and promote continuous improvement of the services offered, oversee and track supplier quality performance based on the predefined metrics. In addition, supervise and participate in the supplier Change Control, Non-Conformity, and Complaint processes for the assigned Suppliers.
*Work together with other departments (such as procurement, clinical research and execution, life sciences quality assurance, legal, etc.) to develop the best supplier qualification and management strategies and to support the supplier selection process. This will help to ensure that the suppliers' quality competencies are in line with the requirements, strategies, and business needs.
*Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of all QMS papers and records relevant to supplier quality management (e.g., SOP, WKI, procedures, risk analyses, QTAs, supplier documentation, etc.), and ensure that they are always inspection-ready, tradeable, and integrated into PMI QMS.

Required skills and Qualifications:
*Bachelors/Master's degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent technical field.
*Considerable QA experience in GxP/ISO regulated, life sciences environment, in supplier management, development and auditing. Auditing experience in GCP or GLP fields.
*Perfect communication skills (written and verbal) and impressive negotiation skills.
*A highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail, including good project management knowledge, result orientated, analytical thinking, decision making and customer focused.
*Good understanding of data interpretation and statistics.
*Fluency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are not required but are preferred.
