With an established team of top-tier talents in the field of mRNA, vaccines, and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technologies, this exciting new company is backed by a global leader in healthcare investment and has received over $140M in funding since its inception.

This life science firm is currently establishing cutting-edge GMP manufacturing facilities that will advance their platform technologies through in-house R&D and external partnerships, allowing for the manufacturing of state-of-the-art mRNA and nucleic acid delivery technologies.

Due to rapid early growth, they are looking for a (Sr) Data Scientist to join the team, drive forward the current innovative products in their pipeline, and help build the company foundation for tackling future projects.
You will be joining the small yet thriving Data Science team working on Data and analytics projects. They're looking for someone with experience in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and/or Statistics with industry experience post-Ph.D. or Master, who has a strong programming background.

You will be responsible for:
- Developing novel methods for the curation, analysis, and visualization of diverse molecular assay data to extract meaningful biological insights.
- Communicate key insights through presentations, visualizations, and reports to interdisciplinary departments of molecular biologists, immunologists, and protein designers
- Apply data science analysis in the development of mRNA vaccines and therapeutics.

Your experience and qualifications:
- Ph.D. or master's in computational biology, Data Science, Statistics or a related field with working experience (2-3 years for Ph.D., 5-7 years for Masters)
- Strong programming skills such as C/C++, Java, Python, R etc. (Pandas, Shiny, Jupyter etc.)
- Experience working with SQL-like databases, such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
