Your Role:

As a Senior Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the medical and scientific strategy of the company. You will be responsible for evidence-based communication, clinical strategy, and medical support for our innovative medical technology products. Your focus will be on supporting market launches, developing clinical evidence, and building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Medical Strategy & Communication: Develop and implement the medical-scientific strategy for relevant product lines.
  • Clinical Evidence & Research: Lead and support clinical studies, observational studies, and real-world evidence projects. Collaborate with external research partners and clinical study centers.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide scientific expertise for regulatory processes and requirements across various markets.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading physicians, researchers, and medical societies.
  • Internal Training & Support: Support marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs teams through medical-scientific training and materials.
  • Medical Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all medical activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and company-specific guidelines.
  • Conferences & Publications: Represent the company at scientific conferences and events, publish scientific papers and whitepapers.

Your Profile:

  • Academic Background: Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A postgraduate degree (e.g., PhD, MD) is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical studies, regulatory requirements, and market needs in the medical technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex scientific content effectively to various stakeholders (physicians, regulatory authorities, internal teams).
  • Network: Existing contacts with Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies are an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, KOL meetings, and internal meetings.
