About the Role:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in both strategic and operational HR management within an innovative medical technology company. You will shape HR processes, foster a performance-driven company culture, and drive employee development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy in collaboration with executive management
- Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Manage and optimize recruitment processes for specialist and leadership positions
- Implement and oversee HR systems and digital solutions
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Collaborate with international HR departments to align with global HR standards
- Drive change management processes in a growing organization
- Act as a key advisor to executive management on all HR-related topics
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic and operational HR management
- Industry expertise in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a plus
- Strong knowledge of labour law, personnel development, and organizational management
- Experience with modern HR technologies and digital tools
- Proven leadership experience with strong analytical and communication skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluent in both German and English
