About the Role:

As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in both strategic and operational HR management within an innovative medical technology company. You will shape HR processes, foster a performance-driven company culture, and drive employee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in collaboration with executive management
  • Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Manage and optimize recruitment processes for specialist and leadership positions
  • Implement and oversee HR systems and digital solutions
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
  • Lead and develop the HR team
  • Collaborate with international HR departments to align with global HR standards
  • Drive change management processes in a growing organization
  • Act as a key advisor to executive management on all HR-related topics

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic and operational HR management
  • Industry expertise in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of labour law, personnel development, and organizational management
  • Experience with modern HR technologies and digital tools
  • Proven leadership experience with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent in both German and English
