Your Role as SAP Test Manager

• Lead test management activities specifically for SAP projects.
• Prepare and support tests (SIT 1+2, MOCK 1+2, UAT) within the SAP S/4 HANA introduction framework.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases to enhance system quality.
• Collaborate with test managers from other regions (US, JP) to ensure consistent procedures.
• Plan European test activities in the SAP implementation project.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary professional and technical test teams across Europe.
• Work closely with implementation partners on technical aspects.
• Utilise Jira for effective test management.

Experience and Qualifications for the SAP Test Manager Role

• Expertise in best practices and standards in SAP Test Management.
• Proven experience in managing Jira projects for test management.
• Proficiency in managing test scenarios and steps in Jira.
• Strong analytical skills for error identification and remediation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Project management skills to meet schedules and budgets.
• Knowledge or certification related to test documentation and quality assurance (e.g., ISO 29119, ISTQB, ITIL) is desirable.
• Business fluent in English.
