This role is integral to the coordination of high-stakes meetings, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaborations, all contributing to enhanced product accessibility and reimbursement efforts worldwide. Your Role as Project Manager, Global Access
In this role, you will manage crucial project elements, driving streamlined coordination and enabling decision-making across the alliance's global and regional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Alliance Access Coordination: Support key alliance interactions and assist in logistical coordination for Global Pricing, Access, and Reimbursement meetings across regions, ensuring alignment and preparedness.
  • HEOR-Driven Meetings: Organise and consult on Health Economics and Outcomes Research sessions for global payer strategy initiatives, including training sessions and working groups.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Guide project development for PRA workstreams, overseeing RFP processes, vendor interactions, project logistics, and deliverables.
  • Financial Forecasting Support: Track budgets and provide financial insights to enable accurate forecasting; draft summaries and update key stakeholders on spending and accruals.
  • Cross-Functional Workshops: Facilitate workshops on payer value messaging and strategic data discussions, coordinating inputs from PRA, HE, Medical, Commercial, and regional leads.

Experience and Qualifications for the Project Manager, Global Access Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a focus on organisation, communication, and proactive coordination. Key qualifications include:

  • Project Management Essentials: Skilled in task tracking, deadline coordination, and workstream management.
  • Organised and Proactive: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple moving parts and maintain momentum across projects.
  • Clear Communicator: Competent in drafting minutes, RFPs, and project updates; maintains clarity in communications.
  • Budget Oversight: Experience in budget tracking and forecasting, with strong attention to financial detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tools such as SharePoint and Asana.
  • Experience in Pharma (preferred): Knowledge of market access, pricing, and RFP processes within the life sciences or related sectors.

Location and Commitment:

  • Workload: 4.5 days/week, flexible location with possible 2 days onsite in Munich if local.
  • Travel: Occasional travel (1x/year) for a conference.
