Production Team Leader

Location: Swords, Dublin
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team, ensuring performance and issue resolution.
- Implement schedules, allocate resources, and provide solutions for process improvements.
- Work with support functions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage employee rotation, multi-skilling, and cross-training.
- Achieve production goals and meet customer delivery dates.
- Promote continuous improvement through tools like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA.
- Foster positive employee relations and lead performance reviews.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to maintain consistent standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated with leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Materials/Inventory planning systems and SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Third-level qualification is an advantage.
