Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Engineer to support the manufacturing and testing of medical devices in a regulated, low-volume, high-complexity environment. You will deliver technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process efficiency, collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams, and contribute to engineering design and product optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for medical device manufacturing and testing in a regulated environment.
- Develop solutions to improve product reliability and process performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to implement product and supply improvements.
- Support new product introductions and engineering design changes.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (or similar technical degree with relevant experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in mechanical/electromechanical/systems design and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in test method characterization and validation, with statistical knowledge.
