Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Engineer to support the manufacturing and testing of medical devices in a regulated, low-volume, high-complexity environment. You will deliver technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process efficiency, collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams, and contribute to engineering design and product optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for medical device manufacturing and testing in a regulated environment.
  • Develop solutions to improve product reliability and process performance.
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to implement product and supply improvements.
  • Support new product introductions and engineering design changes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (or similar technical degree with relevant experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong skills in mechanical/electromechanical/systems design and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in test method characterization and validation, with statistical knowledge.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading product optimization projects.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and summarize large data sets for decision-making.
