We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Principal Statistical Programmer to support key statistical analyses for Global Medical Affairs and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).

This critical role involves delivering high-quality analyses that underpin publications, presentations, and submissions to regulatory bodies and pricing authorities.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Contract Details:

  • Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week.
  • Location: Fully remote (anywhere in EU)
  • Travel Requirements: No travel is expected.
  • Interview Process: 2 stage virtual interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced statistical analyses to support a variety of deliverables, including publications, abstracts, presentations, and materials for conferences.
  • Contribute to regulatory and pricing submissions by delivering high-quality statistical outputs aligned with organisational standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations for quality and timeliness.
  • Work within a dynamic framework, adapting to changes in publication and submission plans as new priorities and information emerge.
  • Uphold the highest standards of programming quality, documentation, and compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical programming using SAS and R within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in late-phase research, including Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA), is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and commitment to delivering precise results.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
