Operational Transformation Business Analyst

Our leading International client are looking for an Operational Transformation Business Analyst to support and drive digitally enabled operational transformation projects across a global organisation . This role plays a vital part in analysing current business processes, mapping future state E2E processes and aligning with strategic and programme objectives, defining operational and solution requirements, collaborating with operational and technical teams to identify digital platforms and solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document current operational processes, systems, and workflows across the organisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for digital enhancement.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for digital solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data analysis to inform transformation strategies.
• Support the selection, design, and implementation of digital tools and platforms (e.g., automation, AI, cloud-based solutions).
• Work with IT and vendor teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Champion change management and user adoption strategies.
• Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and transformation roadmaps.

Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a digital transformation or operational excellence environment.
• Background and proven experience of digitally enabled operational transformation across Global organisations
• understanding of business process modelling, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with digital technologies such as ERP systems, field service management , customer experience , data analytics and AI
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in tools such as MS Visio, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related field.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Prior experience in Global industries undergoing digital disruption
