Your Role as Medical Affairs Lead - Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for the activities of study teams in US local trials, including trial design, medical oversight, data interpretation, and execution of compassionate use approaches.
  • Ensure medical accuracy and fair balance in promotional and learning materials.
  • Provide medical input for brand strategy as a core member of the Core Medical Team, with a focus on CLL.
  • Foster relationships with strategic partners, including payer and provider groups, and leaders in the therapy area.
  • Drive the planning and participation in national and regional medical advisory boards.
  • Contribute medical input to global Phase III and Life Cycle Management programs.

Essential Requirements

  • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.), PharmD, Ph.D., or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related areas.
  • Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of drug development, pharmaceutical market support, and Hematology/Oncology knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. payer and provider landscape.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with OPDP, PhRMA code, and key pharmaceutical regulations.

Desirable Requirements

  • Active medical or relevant professional license.
  • Additional training (M.P.H., M.B.A., etc.).
  • Knowledge of Professional Societies and Scientific Medical Experts.
  • Experience in clinical research and familiarity with biostatistics and epidemiology.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Passion for patient outcomes and patient care.
