We’re looking for recruitment consultants to join our team and support industry-shaping organisations in attracting and onboarding permanent and contract talent across the life sciences and technology verticals.
As a member of our sales and delivery team, you’ll be responsible for engaging and nurturing candidates within your specialist market with the goal of placing them into careers within our existing client network. You’ll also work alongside our client services function in designing and executing business development plans, and approaching prospects to grow your client portfolio.
You’ll hold responsibility over the entire candidate lifecycle, and regularly provide insight to hiring managers and other company stakeholders.
In this role you’ll be:
Managing active vacancies and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, providing progress updates to clients and candidates at each stage of the process.
Creating, implementing, and carrying out a business development plan that contributes to the growth of your own client portfolio and the wider sales and delivery function.
Using a variety of resourcing methods to identify, attract, screen and close candidates against our open vacancies.
Maintaining accountability for your part in the overall success of the business, as well as your own KPIs.
Encouraging and providing mentorship to our junior team and training academy members.
You should apply if:
You’ve got prior 360 experience specialising in life science recruitment. The areas we cover include clinical development/operations, medical devices, technical operations, research and development and commercialisation.
Or, you’ve previously specialised in the technology or data sector – that’s any vertical from SAP, ERP and software engineering through to data science, data engineering, AI and machine learning.
Your relationship building and client management skills are strong, and you’re used to juggling client requirements professionally and in a timely manner.
You’re just as comfortable identifying potential clients and devising a business development strategy as you are handling the recruitment process with candidates.
Taking control of situations and influencing people and outcomes is something that motivates you.
You’re analytically minded, able to make decisions about your work based on activity and revenue data, and keep yourself accountable for your own success.
We’re offering you:
A starting salary between £27,500 and £35,000, dependent on your experience.
A truly competitive, uncapped, tiered commission structure. We calculate quarterly instead of monthly, to offer a greater chance of progressing through tiers and increasing your % take-home.
