Day in the Life of a Clinical Research Associate II:

*Liaise with managers and project team to identify and resolve the challenges surrounding study related issues
*Source document review and comparison to CRF data
*CRF review/retrieval and data corrections
*Assist in the day-to-day operations of certain projects
*Maintenance of investigational supplies and company documentation
*Verify patient eligibility and assist with clinical checks
*Monitor and conduct safety checks and assuring all practices are meeting medical regulations
*Provide onsite reports and updates to project management
*Mentor junior members of the team and deliver staff training sessions

Requirements and Skills:
*Bachelor's degree (BSc, BA or RN equivalent) in biological or science-related field
*Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a record of managing clinical trial sites and monitoring oncology in the early phase
*Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP with understanding of regulatory requirements
*Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and project team
*Ability to analyse complex data
*Leadership skills required to manage project team and oversee clinical tasks
*Good organisational skills to efficiently produce reports and collaborate in a team environment
*Effective understanding of the drug development process
