They are searching for an experienced commercial professional with experience developing new business and motivation and building successful sales teams - ideally from a background in Medical Devices.
Commercial Director DACH - Responsibilities:
*Working closely with the internal team to provide analytics and new strategies.
*Lead clear business plans for each sales representative, and activity plans that are tracked and delivered on to achieve results
*Building strong working relationships with customers to understand their business needs.
*Strategize and plan the potential commercial partners, negotiate agreement and manage relationships across the DACH region
*Strong team player - drive ethics, compliance, equality, inclusion, and diversity

Commercial Director DACH - Candidate Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years of working in similar commercial role in medical device company
*High energy, enjoys teamwork, keen to develop personally & professionally
*Solid experience and understanding of the health care industry, including the private market segment and attractive business models
*Proven success in developing and leading a sales organization to deliver on sales objectives
*Autonomous and values long term, mutually profitable win-win relationships
*Preferably experience in cardiology/cardiovascular devices
