In this 12-month contract role at 0.6 FTE, you'll contribute to the mission of changing patients' lives by working across a variety of therapeutic indications. You'll engage in meaningful work that matters and gain valuable experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Your Role as Clinical Research Associate

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be instrumental in coordinating and conducting all clinical monitoring and site management activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all necessary training and ensuring adherence to company SOPs and policies
  • Managing investigational sites from initiation to close-out, including site identification, feasibility assessments, and selection processes
  • Conducting site qualification visits, initiating site training, and monitoring site compliance through on-site and remote visits
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with protocol, regulatory, and ICH GCP standards, resolving queries, and managing site documentation
  • Handling investigational product logistics, including shipping, storage, and accountability, while ensuring the proper documentation of safety events
  • Maintaining regular contact with sites, identifying and correcting protocol deviations, and providing ongoing updates to project leads
  • Tracking study progress, supporting site payments, and ensuring sites are audit and inspection ready at all times
  • Finalizing all patient data, conducting close-out visits, and completing drug reconciliation and site payments
