You'll be joining a global team that seeks to disrupt traditional practices with fresh perspectives and innovative solutions. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with a hybrid work arrangement.

Your role as Contract Clinical Operations Lead

  • Develop and execute operational plans, manage clinical study budgets, and ensure consistency across all study operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader within the team, inspiring others to reach their highest potential while continuously evolving your role.
  • Create site monitoring and risk mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines and other relevant regulations.
  • Oversee resource management, ensuring that supplies are maintained to meet the demands of clinical study sites.
  • Lead feasibility assessments for site selection, guiding country operations representatives throughout the trials.
  • Foster and sustain important relationships with site-level contacts and healthcare partners to ensure operational success in clinical trials.

Experience and qualifications for the Contract Clinical Operations Lead role

  • A growth mindset, with the ability to adapt, think on your feet, and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in clinical trial management.
  • A degree in life sciences or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of the drug development process, including ICH and GCP guidelines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving successful outcomes and delivering high-quality service.
  • Comfortable working within global cross-functional teams and contributing to large-scale clinical operations initiatives.
