We maintain regular contact with the candidate between the time they accept the offer and their first day – this is to respond to any concerns or questions they have, but also to be sure the candidate is prepared and looking forward to starting their new role.

After they start we’ll still routinely check in with them, and also check in with you. It’s in our interest to ensure the settling in process is going smoothly, so we’ll touch base throughout the probationary period. We welcome your transparency here, and we’ll work with you to iron out any potential issues and work on any development points.
