Our academy, your route into recruitment.
We have decades of experience developing people from the earliest stages of their career, and enabling them to grow into the talented recruiters they are today.
As someone new to the industry you’ll a group of other trainee consultants on our early talent academy, a structured L&D programme we launch multiple times each year, and led by our Performance and Development Director, Pin Patel. Pin has spent more than 15 years developing and progressing recruitment specialists, and supports all of our academy members alongside our talent team.
There’s no better way to get to grips with your first recruitment role than through the group sessions, deskside training and one-to-one mentoring our academy provides, and many of our highest performers today joined our academy programme with little to no prior experience.
